                  Mr. Ghulam Akbar Laghari is an Ex-PCS Civil Servant. He has versatile experience of different services in provincial Secretariat, autonomous bodies, District Government and others. He is a literary person and contributes his literary experience in developing of message and promotional materials. He joined Population Welfare Department, Sindh on 7th July, 2011. In the capacity of Director General he looks after all the activities of Administration, Finance, Service delivery, promotional activities and others. He also works as
