The Population Welfare Program in Sindh is integral component of socio economic development program operating all over the Sindh with specific goal of

- Promotion of small family norms.
- Reducing the population growth rate.
- Reducing infant mortality, maternal mortality and fertility level.

• Population Welfare Program was launched in the Sindh during 3rd Five Year Plan (1965-70).
