Team Leaders

                   Syed Mumtaz Ali Shah is a District Management Group (DMG) officer of Government of Pakistan. He has served in three provinces of Pakistan i.e. Punjab, Balochistan and Sindh at senior field positions like District Coordination Officer (DCO) Nasirabad at Balochistan, Badin and Mirpurkhas in Sindh. He has also served as Deputy Commissioner Thatta, Umerkot and Mirpurkhas in Sindh and Assistant Commissioner Taunsa Sharif and Dera Ghazi Khan in Punjab.

           He has a diverse and rich management experience. He has held senior positions like Managing Director Sindh Small Industries Corporation, Director General Mines and Mineral, Managing Director Sindh Tourism and Director Food Department. Since last four years he is holding the senior position of Secretary to Government of Sindh. He has served as Secretary Transport Department and Secretary Information and Archives Department. He is currently serving as Secretary Population Welfare Department since 22-06-2011.

            He has done his Masters in Economics from University of Sindh and course in Total Quality Management from Sweden. His approach of management is proactive and open. He likes to have close coordination with all partners and stakeholders.
